Happy Halloween (Caramel Candy Corn Ice Cream)

Making caramel is pretty straightforward. You take some sugar:

And burn it:

Stove

Easy enough. Or so I thought until I saw this warning in my cookbook:

Don’t see that on every recipe. Luckily, I escaped danger with a lovely bubbly caramel:

Mmm. Just add cream, cool, churn, and serve with candy corn garnish for a perfect Halloween treat:
