This lovely concoction is based on a couple of slightly modified recipes from my go-to ice cream book, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams at Home. If you’ll recall, this book was the winner of my knock-down, drag-out, no-holds-barred Ice Cream Cookbook Smackdown. 🙂
